Exterior design according to Isuzu Dealer standards
I. Fundamental requirements
1. Applicants: Investment Groups/Companies with strong financial capabilities and extensive experience in commercial vehicle sectors.
2. Business field: Comprehensive development of the ISUZU brand in the designated area including Hai Phong, Thai Binh, and Quang Ninh for business, after-sales service, and marketing activities.
3. Location:
- Major national roads and important traffic gateways in the region.
- Areas with heavy truck-traffic and no restrictions on the operating hours of these vehicles.
- Preference for areas with existing commercial vehicle dealerships actively operating and exploiting.
4. Business premise:
- Premise owned or long-term leased (minimum 5 years).
- Premise area of at least 4,000m², with a minimum façade width of 40m.
- Land use purpose of the business location must comply with current legal regulations for operating an Isuzu authorized dealer.
